Mr. Donnelly is assigned to the New York office for 5 Stones intelligence and provides consulting, investigative and training services for 5 Stones’ Commercial and Government clients. Mr. Donnelly also manages Special Projects that focus on financial intelligence, Money Laundering and complex corporate investigations. Mr. Donnelly’s outstanding investigative skills were often recognized as he rose through the ranks of the New York Police Department (NYPD) to the rank of First Grade Detective, the highest level of achievement for NYPD Detectives. Mr. Donnelly served 15 years as a Detective – Case Agent within the DEA/NYPD/NYSP New York Drug Task Force, leading some of the most complex and successful federal drug investigations for the DEA. During his 30 years in law enforcement, Mr. Donnelly developed unparalleled skill in developing and expanding drug investigations into financial investigations and complex telephone intercept investigations. Mr. Donnelly managed a record of over 1,000 telephone intercepts and his success was recognized, as he was selected for the DEA’s highest award for investigations.
Mr. Donnelly served as a Senior Investigator for the New York City Special Narcotics Prosecutor (SNC), leading complex surveillance’s and financial investigations. The SNC is one of the premiere and most successful District Attorneys Offices in the United States.
Mr. Donnelly is often requested to provide advanced Law Enforcement training regarding Drug, Financial and Intercept investigations. During his career, Mr. Donnelly received over 25 awards and citations for the highest levels of performance and professionalism.
Mr. Donnelly has unmatched capability conducting complex civil and criminal investigations for 5 Stones clients. He is an avid follower and student of the Professional Sports industry and the Anti-Doping efforts for professional sports teams.
Mr. Donnelly earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and enjoys great respect from his peers in both Federal Law Enforcement, the NYPD and global corporations.
