Ms. Bailea Tinsley has been appointed Director of Global Investigations and Intelligence Services. Ms. Tinsley served as an FBI Special Agent for 5 years specializing in transnational criminal enterprises and complex money laundering investigations. During her FBI career Ms. Tinsley was assigned to the Baltimore and Nashville field offices in addition to special assignments in the Oklahoma City office, where she investigated major crimes on Native American reservations. She is a graduate of Emory University School of Law and numerous specialized law enforcement and intelligence training schools. Ms. Tinsley speaks French and has familiarity with basic Arabic.
Prior to her career in law enforcement, Ms. Tinsley practiced law in the field of Bankruptcy and Corporate Restructuring. As Director of Global Investigations and Intelligence Services Ms. Tinsley will lead complex global investigations and develop litigation strategies for 5Si’s Government and Commercial Clients.
